Prior to getting into recruitment, Tylor spent 10 years owning and operating a contracting business with his father and brother, fostering relationships with their clientele who trusted them not only because of the quality of the work they provided, but also because of the honesty and integrity with which they operated. He then transitioned into recruitment, where, while at a large firm, he quickly became a top performer and leader in the business by offering candidates and clients the same service and dedication he had provided to clients during his contracting days. He formed Vertex Integration Partners with the goal of providing a deeper level of service and creating long-lasting partnerships built on trust and results.
Michael has built his career on a strong foundation in sales and recruitment, driven by a passion for fostering meaningful relationships. Before co-founding Vertex Integration Partners (VIP), he specialized in supply chain and operations recruitment in Los Angeles with one of the world's largest recruitment firms. He later transitioned to the Renewable Energy sector, joining the largest global renewable energy recruitment firm, where he launched and grew the U.S. Solar and Clean Technology division. Navigating new territory for the organization, Michael excelled as a top performer and demonstrated his ability to thrive in dynamic markets. His entrepreneurial drive and dedication to impactful solutions inspired him to co-found VIP, where he focuses on making a lasting impact in the industry.
